POSITION
OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a
dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at The Ritz London within the
Housekeeping Department as a Floor Housekeeper.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated
to upholding The Ritz London standards in maintaining guest rooms and public
areas under their responsibility. As a Floor Housekeeper, responsibilities
involve preparing room lists for room attendants, ensuring all rooms and
corridors meet cleanliness standards, identifying any faults or maintenance
needs, and supervising room attendants and house porter teams. Additionally,
Floor Housekeepers will... collaborate with the Front Office to uphold consistent
procedures and room standards for all of our guests, including VIP clients.
ENTRY
REQUIREMENTS
• Relevant
experience in a 5* property is essential
• Excellent
customer service skills and team supervision skills
• Thorough
knowledge of Housekeeping procedures and tasks
• Possess the
ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Great command
of the English language, both spoken and written
• Display a
polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
