Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages. Fresh delicious food and excellent artisan coffee are the order of the day while providing customers with second to none customer service and style
Responsibilities:
• A person experienced for at least a year in speciality coffee industry
• Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served
• Ability to dial in espresso and filter coffee
• Ability to pour consistent latte art
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Engage with customers, taking orders accurately... and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking to customers
• Believe in being considerate and kind to fellow staff as well as the value of communication
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards at all times in the serving and food preparation areas
• Able to work quickly, calmly, and efficient during busy periods
• Naturally seeks out tasks during quieter periods
• Understands the value of paying attention to details
• Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food preparation is advantageous, along with knowledge of food safety practices.
• A friendly disposition with the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.

Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
