Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled Head Chef or a Sous chef wanting to step up and run his own kitchen which can be done under the guidance of our executive chef( different site). We are a small independent run Pub In a nice part of ealing looking to grow our food trade. Preparing fresh food. Preparing a good Sunday roast is Key, making a pie a bonus and serving pub classics with your own twist & your own specials also an option, we are looking for either a head chef or a sous chef with experience in fresh food. Live in is available (large double room, share bathroom. residential road just of Ealing Broadway.Salary neg on experience and live in/ Out
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality culinary output
- Implement and maintain food safety standards in the kitchen
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Plan menus, create new recipes, and manage food production
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
... Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Requirements
- Extensive experience in cooking and food preparation
- Proficient in culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and hospitality industry standards
- Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen activities effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £41,476.00-£43,946.00 per year
