Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring excellent performance and high standards of service.
• Oversee the crafting and serving of a wide range of cocktails, ensuring precision and creativity in every drink.
• Curate and recommend beverages, including fine wines and signature cocktails, to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation, ensuring the bar is always fully prepared.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with the management team on menu development and special promotions.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and efficient work environment, providing training and mentoring to junior staff.
• Address any guest concerns or special requests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a bartender in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale cocktail bar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, with a strong ability to craft unique drinks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events.
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and driving excellence within the team.
