Chew-On-This is a fast-growing, dynamic UK-based food and beverage Group with 6 restaurant brands spanning across UK and we are on the hunt for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Singaporean cuisine restaurant in Central London!
For this position, you should preferably have a fair knowledge of Southeast Asian culture. You should be an organised and competent leader with experience in running a fast-paced restaurant, respond well under pressure and enjoy the challenges of motivating both BOH and FOH teams, while promoting a healthy communication channel between both teams.

Responsibilities:
• Overall of supervision of... kitchen and service staff and assist if and when needed
• Assist General Manager in all daily operations
• Comprehensive knowledge of menu
• Responsible for stock purchasing and invoicing
• Facilitate communication between kitchen and service staff
• Organise staff schedules
• Maintain detailed records of costs and revenues
• Manage new employees’ onboarding (e.g. documentation, training, uniforms)
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure a good dining experience for all customers and manage customer feedback
• Maintain a safe and healthy working condition for all staff
• Ensure the restaurant is always kept at high level of cleanliness
• Have an active role and be willing to participate in providing excellent service to customers
• Provide great attention to detail and be passionate about the restaurant's offerings
• Coordinate with relevant parties for menu planning and printing
Skills:
• Previous experience in a restaurant management role is required
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian food
• Love attention to detail and possess an outgoing personality
• Fast learner and highly-adaptable in all situations
• Thrive well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to motivate FOH and BOH staff
• Strong inter-personal skills to deal with customers
• Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
• Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
• Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
