Job Descrption
Job Role:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they have an excellent experience from start to finish
- Take food & beverage orders accurately, whilst knowing the menu and allergens
- Barista work including making drinks, keeping the bar stocked up and clean
- Processing transactions
- General cleaning
- Resolving any issues quickly and professionally
Key Requirements:
- Great customer experience skills and attentiveness
- Fluent in English and confident to chat to guests
- Positive and strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and have initiative
- Reliable, responsible and punctual
- Clear communication
- Willing to work weekends
