Commis Chef, B&I, City of London £26,500 Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Commis Chef to join the team at our client’s site based in the City of London.
This prestigious site has a busy staff dining restaurant producing breakfast and lunch. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and presentation is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the other chefs assisting with food production and supporting the running of the kitchen.
• Produce good food using fresh ingredients.
• Be willing to learn and develop.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (mainly daytime) approx. 40 hours per week.

Our Ideal Candidate:
• At Commis Chef level with some background in high-end catering.
• Experience within corporate catering or a similar... environment.
• A strong team player.
• Attentive and keen to learn and develop.
• Passionate about food and ingredients, up to date with trends and concepts.
• Excellent eye for detail and presentation with flair and creativity.
• Flexible and willing with a positive can-do attitude.
