Requirements:
Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel, showcasing excellent culinary skills and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
Creativity: Ability to contribute to menu development, demonstrating innovative ideas and a passion for creating exceptional dishes using seasonal ingredients.
Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues.
Organisation and Time Management: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and delivering consistently high-quality results.
Adaptability: Flexibility... to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and willingness to assist in various areas of the kitchen as required.
Knowledge of Food Safety: Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
Culinary Qualifications: A relevant culinary qualification or equivalent industry experience is preferred.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
