Job Opportunity: Executive Chef (Contract Catering, Monday to Friday)
Are you a passionate and innovative chef with a flair for creativity and a strong background in hospitality and events? We’re looking for an Executive Chef to lead our dynamic team in contract catering, with the added benefit of a Monday to Friday schedule!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team to deliver high-quality, innovative cuisine.
• Create exciting, seasonal menus tailored to a variety of corporate and private events.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure exceptional dining experiences that align with their vision.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in menu design, presentation, and catering trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a high-level chef role within contract catering, hospitality, or events.
• A passion... for culinary creativity and the ability to develop innovative menus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
