We are looking for a dynamic Bar and Operations Manager to join our team, working closely with the General Manager to deliver top-quality service and make sure every event runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
• Lead and motivate a team, ensuring top-notch customer service during high-pressure events
• Collaborate with the General Manager on staff training, scheduling, and team performance
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met
• Play an active role in organizing and executing memorable events
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive environment

• Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
