Job Descrption
• * Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Baker with daily baking tasks, including mixing, kneading, and baking a variety of products.
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure the bakery is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of baking stations and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Head Baker when supplies need replenishing.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
• *Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
