Job Description:
• Assist the Head Baker in overseeing daily bakery operations, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• Prepare and bake a variety of French breads, pastries according to recipes and standards.
• Train and supervise bakery staff in baking techniques, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Assistant Head Baker.
• Strong knowledge of French baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to... motivate and train bakery staff.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
• Ability to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
