Gymkhana Fine Foods Retail are seeking a Supply Chain Executive to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Executive looking for a new role in an award-winning, critically acclaimed group.

Gymkhana Fine Foods, is a range of premium Indian pantry staples aimed to to re-imagine and elevate Indian cooking at home. It’s born from the kitchen of two star Michelin restaurant, Gymkhana in Mayfair, London and is fast creating a new category of premium Indian at home.
Since Gymkhana first entered the London dining scene ten years ago, it has transformed the way UK diners view Indian cuisine, maintaining it’s Michelin star every year and recently being awarded a 2nd Michelin star in 2024. While the restaurant... reimagined Indian dining out, we are here to reimagine Indian cooking with our pantry collection (of cooking sauces, marinades and condiments) and meal-kits where consumer’s can enjoy the same taste, and rich depth of flavour.
The business has grown exponentially in just the first 8-months, landing listings in Wholefoods Market, Ocado, Selfridges and recently launched a concession and rotisserie residency in the iconic Harrods Food Hall. With impressive financial backing from world’s leading F&B investors and expansion plans in the UK, Middle East and USA in 2025, we are looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Executive who can help drive Operations team though a rapid period of growth.
The Position
As our Supply Chain Executive you will help to manage day-to-day (and end-to-end) Supply Chain operations, working closely with some of the UK's best retailers, wholesalers, and strategic independents. As well as managing our D2C process. You will help to manage 3PL relationships, enhance customer order processes, and drive operational improvements.
This is a full-time role based in London, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Gymkhana Fine Foods.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Order Management of all customer orders from PO to invoicing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Oversee all third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring efficient and effective service.
• Lead projects for new customer setup.
• Focus on operational improvements specifically for e-commerce orders.
• Lead operational export processes to help Gymkhana expand out from UK and manage EU warehouse operations, ensuring optimal storage and distribution.
• Manage logistics budget and Invoice management
• Lead the implementation of new operating models to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Work alongside Sales and marketing team to co ordinate events and marketing activity
• Project manage and track wider business projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with strategic goal
YOU:
• Passion for food
• Experience within the FMCG and Service chain industry desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – always looking to drive consistency and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a service Minded,
• Strategic mindset with a focus on results.
• Experience working for a start-up or SME
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years in Service chain.
• Highly organized with exceptional customer management
