Sherpa Online is an EdTech company dedicated to making high-quality online tuition accessible to everyone across the UK, while fostering a strong sense of community among our tutors. We are currently experiencing an unprecedented demand for 1:1 private tuition and are expanding our network of qualified tutors.
Well into the way of first academic term, we have seen as huge increase in the demand for 1:1 tuition across key subjects such as physics, chemistry and biology and are seeking qualified UK teachers and experienced tutors to support students of all ages in improving their grades, particularly for GCSEs and A-Levels. Ideally you will be able to commit to at least 5 hours of tuition per week, with flexible scheduling available. Sherpa Online connects students with experienced tutors across the UK, providing a seamless platform for students to find, communicate with, and book flexible sessions. As part of our team, you will have access to an industry-leading whiteboard and competitive platform rates below the industry standard. Our platform ensures you are easily discoverable by students through online searches. They can view your profile and contact you via our messaging service to book sessions or arrange a free introduction. All payments are securely processed through our website, making the transaction hassle-free so you can focus on what you do best: tutoring.
As a member of the Sherpa team, you have the flexibility to set your own hourly rates and coordinate lessons around your other commitments. If you are a qualified teacher, we would love to hear from you!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £30.00-£80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
