We are currently recruiting for 2 Nursery Teachers (one for Baby Room and one for Toddler Room)

As a Nursery Teacher you will:
• Lead and manage the daily activities within the baby room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children.
• Plan and implement a high-quality curriculum that reflects our focus on outdoor learning, environmental education, and nutrition.
• Work closely with parents, staff, and external partners to enhance the educational experience and overall well-being of the children.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's development and learning journeys.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and nursery... policies.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
• Work on a shift pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break per day.
Qualifications and Skills:
• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Nursery teacher or similar role in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for outdoor education and commitment to our nursery's ethos of Environment, Community, and Nutrition.
