As the DoM, you'll be at the forefront of delivering safe, high-quality maternity care across our Trust. You'll work closely with the Maternity Directorate to align strategic and operational goals, ensuring that our maternity services remain‘outstanding’as rated by the CQC.
Your leadership will shape the professional development of midwives, advocate for the highest standards of care, and continuous improvement of our services.
You'll be an advocate for safe, high-quality care, working with key stakeholders such as the Maternity Voices Partnership, local and regional systems, and education providers. Collaborating closely with the maternity triumvirate, you'll lead on strategy development and support the operational delivery of... services, fostering a positive culture of safety and learning.
The ideal candidate will have experience driving strategic change and fostering an inclusive, positive work culture, along with exceptional communication skills to motivate and inspire teams to deliver outstanding care.
In partnership with the Maternity Directorate Triumvirate - the General Manager, Clinical Director and Deputy Director of Midwifery, you will link the strategic and operational objectives to ensure high quality and safe maternity services. Advocate for safe, high quality maternity care in partnership with maternity providers across NWL/London, Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP), Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) and education providers
