We help clients navigate complex financial regulatory landscapes and manage risks effectively. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Helpdesk Engineer to join our IT team in London. Onboard and off-board employees and contractors according to specific procedures.
Set up computers, monitors, and thin terminals.
Assist with commonly used applications such as Microsoft Office, Remote Desktop, and VPN.
Manage users, security groups, and computers through Active Directory.
Prepare, maintain, and update procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring desktop operations.
Maintain inventory of IT-related equipment.
Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology... or Computer Science (or an additional year of relevant experience).
At least one year of IT and desktop support experience.
Proficiency with Office 365.
Experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Solid understanding of Help Desk operations and processes.
A+, Network+, MCP, MCSA, CCNA.
