Job Descrption
The Fitness & Studio Manager will be responsible for the gym floor and studio class offering to members. You will manage a team of fitness coaches, studio instructors and personal trainers leading them to deliver a world class fitness proposition, provide a 5* customer service, and create and manage a studio class timetable with a wide variety of class offerings.

About The Role
• Implement and maintain high customer service standards, driving member satisfaction
• Develop strong relationships with members, fostering a supportive and positive gym environment
• Oversee day to day operations of the gym including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, facility standards and teaching studio classes
• Manage and inspire a team of fitness coaches and PTs to deliver a world class fitness product
• Track and record PT/class revenue and sessions/classes delivered and addressing performance below expectations
• Create and manage the gym’s class timetable, ensuring a variety of classes are available and monitoring attendance, adjusting where needed
• Leading outreach and awareness events to engage and attract new members
About You
Education and Qualifications
• Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training
Experience
• 2 years’ experience being on a gym floor environment
• Teaching a variety of studio and gym floor-based classes
• Delivering personal training sessions
Skills
• Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• People management
• Ability to create and present department reports when required
