Peak Physique Studios in Loughton is a high-intensity boutique fitness studio where clients are monitored by experienced personal trainers and live heart rate monitors. Sessions are constantly changing and varied, with guaranteed results for clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer at Peak Physique Studios in Loughton. The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing fitness instruction, circuit training, sports coaching, and personalized nutrition guidance to clients on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills
• Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
• Knowledge of Nutrition and personalized dietary planning
• Certification as a Personal Trainer
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
• Experience in a similar role within the fitness industry
• Bachelor's degree in... Exercise Science, Sports Science, or related field
