The Company is seeking a Deputy Dean for the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences. This critical leadership role is pivotal in overseeing academic, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives, as well as income generation within the Faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading talent development, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Town House Strategy, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include improving the student experience, enhancing teaching quality, and managing academic support functions. The Deputy Dean will also play a significant role in strategic decision-making, supporting early career researchers, and enhancing the Faculty's reputation and global presence.
