As part of our team, you'll play a key role in creating visually engaging and informative content to support our mission of fostering positive change in individuals' lives.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative and skilled Online Graphic Designer to develop engaging visuals for digital media, including social media graphics, promotional materials, and comprehensive handbooks for both FairTutors and Faircare Counselling. This role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams to bring our brand's vision to life, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social media, websites, handbooks, presentations, and other digital materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual... content that supports campaigns, brand messages, and service launches.
• Layout and design structured documents, such as handbooks and guides, ensuring clear readability and professional appearance.
• Maintain consistency in design, aligning with brand guidelines and tone.
• Generate original graphic content, icons, and illustrations as needed.
• Support content development with creative input to enhance message delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects with efficient prioritization and deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in graphic design, especially in digital media (please provide a portfolio).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with document layout and designing structured materials like handbooks, guides, or e-books is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with our sectors (education and mental health) is a plus but not required.
