We are seeking a skilled Education Technology Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on customizing, managing, and optimizing our educational management system to enhance the user experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with educational technology platforms and a proven ability to tailor software solutions to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and configure our educational management system to align with business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess needs and implement software features or integrations.
• Train team members on using the platform effectively.
• Identify opportunities for improving system efficiency and user experience.
• Manage system updates and ensure smooth implementation of new features.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customizing and managing educational technology platforms or business management systems.
• Strong understanding of software integration and customization processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
