Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, facilitating learning activities, and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning through play.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised classroom, ensuring all materials are accessible and in good condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational programme and share best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding... their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends.

Qualifications
- A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent).
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- First Aid certification is desirable but not essential.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £29,422.00-£30,367.00 per year
