Job Descrption
We are a thriving and affluent school in Finchley looking for a caring and dedicated Welfare Officer to join our team immediately. This position will begin on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Pay: £100 - £150 per day, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing support for pupils' health and welfare needs
• Administering first aid and managing medical requirements
• Collaborating with staff to maintain a safe and nurturing environment
• Offering emotional and practical support to students when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• First Aid training (essential)
• Previous experience in a welfare or... first-aid role (school experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, proactive, and caring approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
