Based at our Kingsbury Operating Centre, the role will involve delivering fuel to commercial sites and retail forecourts.
This is a full-time permanent NIGHT position which offers an excellent salary, company benefits and career progression opportunities.
Principal Responsibilities
• Loading and Delivering in a safe manner complying with all relevant legal, company and local site procedures
• Driving in a safe and courteous manner at all times
• Preventing and reporting vehicle and equipment defects and damage
• Thorough knowledge and adherence to regulations surrounding the working time directive and EU drivers’ hours legislation
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly in line with legislation and company requirements
• Carrying out start and end of shift checks as per procedure.
Qualifications
• Essential: Full UK License with Cat C+E entitlement... (maximum 3 points)
• Essential: ADR in tanks with class 3
• Ideal: Valid Petroleum Drivers Passport
• Essential: Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho card
Personal skills/attributes required:
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• The candidate will be expected to be flexible as this role will involve working weekends and nights.
Knowledge & Experience
• Previous experience as a fuel tank driver
