Job Descrption
We are seeking a HR Manager / Officer to join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a full spectrum of HR support to Senior Management and ensure the Company operating in line with UK employment law and excellent practice
• Support the delivery of day-to-day HR processes on the local market, including recruitment, localization of company policies and maintenance of employee database, etc.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness
• Produce reports and presentations regarding to salary or employee issues when required
• Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
• 2-5 years or above of proven experience in a HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll... administration, experience dealing with visa is highly preferred
• Must be eligible to work in UK
• Able to provide DBS check
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
• Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
