Job Descrption
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Dental Lab Technician/Manager to join our state-of-the-art private dental clinic. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate passionate about digital dentistry, ready to take on a leadership role, and eager to achieve the best possible quality of life while contributing to the success of a high-end dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital dental lab within our clinic, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Operate and maintain 3Shape and other cutting-edge CAD/CAM software to design and fabricate dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and implants.
- Oversee milling processes for metal, zirconia, PEEK, and other materials, ensuring precise and timely production.
- Collaborate with dentists and specialists to provide customized solutions for complex cases, ensuring patient satisfaction with... the final result.
- Manage the full digital workflow, from scanning to designing to fabrication and finishing.
- Supervise and mentor junior lab staff to ensure adherence to protocols and continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the lab is well-stocked and equipped with the latest technology.
- Manage the budget and ensure cost-effective operations, while continuously improving lab processes and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 3Shape CAD/CAM software and deep knowledge of digital dental workflows.
- Expertise in milling techniques and materials, including metal, zirconia, PEEK, and other modern restorative materials.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee lab operations and guide a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering aesthetic and functional excellence in dental restorations.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a private dental clinic setting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with dentists, specialists, and lab staff.
- Ability to manage timelines and deliver results on schedule, ensuring the best outcomes for both the clinic and its patients.
Salary & Benefits:
- OTE up to £120,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.

Pay: £65,500.00-£120,000.00 per year
Experience:
• Digital dental design: 5 years (preferred)
• Lab technician: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
• Valid GDC registration (preferred)
