Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team in providing exceptional service at our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following recipes with precision and attention to detail
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in restocking bar/food inventory and supplies as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bartender/Server in a busy hospitality environment
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling payments and calculating food/drink prices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks... efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
