We are looking for a motivated Cluster Reservations Agent who wishes to join our dynamic Reservations & Revenue team based in our head office in Mayfair, London to assist towards the effective selling of three unique luxury boutique hotels. The Wellesley Knightsbridge a Luxury Collection Hotel, London, The Langley a Luxury Collection Hotel, Buckinghamshire & Number 10 Manchester Street, Marylebone, London.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, strongly organised with outstanding communication skills. We will be considering candidates that have worked within a similar environment.
Our Cluster Reservations Agent will be responsible for:
· Answering, processing and confirming guest reservation enquiries upon LQA standards.
· Updating reservations, cancellations and amendments on the PMS.
· Proactively use customer service and sales skills to identify potential guest needs, make accurate reservations which provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing... revenue potential.
· To be able to communicate successfully with other departments in the hotels as to ensure a smooth delivery of guest experiences.
· Implementing and supporting activities and packages agreed by the Commercial team.

Ten Manchester Street is a historical boutique hotel in the heart of Marylebone High Street, with its guestrooms housed in a beautiful Edwardian building. Located in close proximity to Regents Park.
Our next Cluster Reservations Agent should be a professional who is passionate about the experiential luxury hospitality industry, has a willingness to deliver a natural and yet exceptional luxury five star service to our guests and act as a Luxury Collection (Marriott International) brand ambassador.
