Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Cannabis Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, product recommendations, and order issues. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our customers while embodying our values of education, integrity, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers.
• Assist customers with order placement... tracking, and returns.
• Educate customers about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the cannabis or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
• Proficient in using customer support software and basic computer skills.
• A passion for cannabis and a desire to educate others
