Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No Call Out)

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out mechanical and plumbing maintenance within a corporate office setting.
• Participate in planned maintenance and quoted works.
• Engage in building shutdowns as required.
• Collaborate with both the shift and day teams onsite.

• Annual Leave: 25 days per annum, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days.

• Experience in mechanical and plumbing maintenance.
