Job Descrption
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle sprayer to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, an ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Sprayer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all painting tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities:
• To prepare, spray and finish vehicles in an efficient manner ensuring correctness of colour match and final finish to the company and customer's expected standards.
• Confident with water based paint & mixing for perfect matches.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
• To carry out work in a safe manner, complying with retailer and manufacturer industry guidelines.
• Panel beating may also be required, but not essential.
Person Specification:
• Proven experience in spraying is preferred.
• You will need to have a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail to make sure that the finish of the paint is of the... highest standard.
• A valid Driving license.
• Take Pride and care in their work

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
