Ensure the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis with effective communication. Have full operational knowledge of all procedures, with a strong working knowledge of Opera, Hotsos, Micros and Alcatel is preferable, but not essential Have a good Knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch area.
