Executive Chef – Luxury Hotel, Abuja, Nigeria
Salary: US$66,000
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at a prestigious luxury hotel in Abuja, Nigeria. This property boasts over 400 rooms, 7 diverse F&B outlets, and impressive banqueting facilities accommodating up to 2,000 guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all culinary operations, including daily kitchen management, menu creation, and execution of high-quality dishes across multiple outlets.
Manage and mentor a large, multicultural culinary team, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards.
Coordinate and execute large-scale banqueting operations, ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence.
Demonstrate outstanding logistical skills to manage the complex demands of a high-volume, multi-outlet operation.
Ensure consistent quality and innovation in food offerings, adapting to guest preferences and market trends.
Maintain a high level of operational efficiency... cost control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Attributes for Candidates:
• Prior experience in Sub-Saharan Africa is a significant advantage.
• Experience working in remote or challenging locations.
