Client: My clients is a Tier 1 M&E contractor specialising in several sectors Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects the next two years to be a similar period of growth. In the UK they have just been appointed on a £130 electrical only value Data centre in C. London, a £90m M&E value commercial job in C. Mechanical Construction Manager - London - Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Full Travel Expenses + Pension

My client is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manage to oversee the install which is predominantly prefabricated commercial units. Management of subcontractor labour
• Testing and commissioning
• Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of Mechanical services.
• Experience working in the commercial or pharmaceutical
• Experience managing projects to a minimum of £5M within your own discipline
• Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted... to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, Mace, Lendlease etc.
