Join a well-established and dynamic company in the marine and oil & gas industry as a Welder/Fabricator. In this role, you’ll work on a wide range of projects both in the fabrication shop and onsite at customer locations. Due to the nature of the job, a valid driving license is essential, as travel between sites may be required.
What We’re Looking For: Our client seeks experienced Welders proficient in TIG, MIG, and MMA processes, with a solid background in fabrication. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or offshore industries is highly desirable. You will be required to complete an in-house weld test, which will be based on your experience and proficiency in various welding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform both welding and fabrication duties.
• Work with a variety of metals using different welding techniques.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire for long-term stability.
• Flexibility to work both on-site and in the fabrication... shop.
Working Hours:
• 39-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
• Overtime available, paid at 1.5x the hourly rate.
Rate of Pay:
• Starting from £18.50 - £20 per hour PAYE, depending on experience.
