Senior Structural/ Civil Engineer at Matchtech

Job Descrption
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership and direction to the project team
• Manage projects and be responsible for project outcomes
• Contribute to identifying and pursuing opportunities to win work and grow relationships with clients and partners
• Fulfill the CRE (Civil and Structures) role in rail schemes
• Independently develop and integrate winning temporary and permanent works design schemes and construction methodologies
• Play a key role in the growth of the team, focusing on expanding capabilities
Job Requirements:
• Chartered Engineer
• Significant experience in civils, heavy civils, structural, or bridge design
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary teams
•... Experience in the rail industry as CRE (Civil and Structures) is advantageous
• Ability to mentor and support a group of enthusiastic designers and engineers
• Proficiency with computational software
