Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in care.
• Work as part of a team to meet legal and curriculum requirements in line with Inspire Montessori Schools policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with children and team members, sharing information in a timely manner.
• Plan activities to create a stimulating environment that meets individual children's needs.
• Undertake necessary training in Health and Safety, following the Inspire Montessori Schools Health and Safety Policy.
• Report any concerns related to child and staff wellbeing as outlined in company policies.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities in the room, following Montessori... principles.
• Ensure compliance with internal audits and address any action points.
• Demonstrate commitment to continued professional development and reflect on working practices.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Act as a key person for designated children to meet their developmental needs.
• Build effective relationships with parents and ensure a safe environment for all children.
• Assist in resolving issues or complaints within the room.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and punctuality.
• Support equality of opportunity and treatment for all staff.
