Job Summary:
The Nanny role is to provides comprehensive administrative support to the Family Head while also assuming responsibility for the educational guidance and well-being of the children in the household. This dual role requires a highly organized, proactive, and nurturing individual who can seamlessly balance executive responsibilities with the care and development of children. Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nanny to provide comprehensive care and education for 3 children aged between 6 to 13.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educational Support: Oversee the children’s educational development, including coordinating with schools, tutors, and extracurricular activities.
• Curriculum Planning: Design and implement educational activities and curriculum that align with the children’s needs and interests.
• Daily Routine: Establish and maintain... daily routines for the children, including study time, playtime, and other activities.
• Personal Development: Foster the children’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth through positive reinforcement, mentorship, and guidance.
• Health and Safety: Ensure the children’s well-being by monitoring their physical and mental health, coordinating with healthcare providers as necessary.
• Cultural Enrichment: Introduce and engage the children in cultural, artistic, and recreational activities.
• Travel Companion: Accompany the family on domestic and international trips, providing educational and recreational activities for the children.
• Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for both domestic and international travel.
• Expense Management: Handle expense reports and budgeting
• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters related to the executive’s personal and professional life.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the Family Head’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Nanny.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Knowledge of child development principles and educational techniques.
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing disposition.
Work Environment:
• Travel: Occasional to frequent travel may be required, depending on the family’s needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
