Job Descrption
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our engineering department . The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the drainage industry servicing and maintaining submersible pumping stations and treatment plants.
The job can be physically demanding and will require someone who is not afraid to get dirty and get stuck in.
The successful candidate will need to be a problem solver and have a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out of pre-planned maintenance to sewage and surface water pump stations, treatment plants and booster sets
- Attending emergency call outs (in hours and out of hours) and fixing the issue whilst on site
- Maintaining and keeping a stocked van
- Carrying out unblocks of drainage
- Carrying out repairs and remedial works
Hours
Basic hours will be 7am to 4pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch.
Due to the nature of the business we operate a 24/7 call out line and active participation will be required.
Job Type... Full-time
Pay: £22.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
