We are recruiting Civil/Structural Graduates to join our specialist team looking at complex and technically rewarding structural engineering problems within the nuclear industry.
Each project is unique, but typically involves consideration of dynamic load effects due to extreme hazards, including seismic, blast, and impact. We look beyond code checks to get a deeper insight into structural response and failure mechanisms . We work collaboratively as a team, starting from first principles, researching methodologies, challenging assumptions, thinking outside the box , and constantly learning.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
• Have completed a Degree or Masters level qualification in a relevant subject by Summer 2025
• A flexible self-starter, keen to drive your career forward.
• Adaptable to change, with a thirst for learning new things.You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

Step 2:If you are selected, one of the team will be in touch to discuss the next steps of the selection process, this may include attending an assessment centre in one of our regional locations
Step 3: Successful candidates will be offered a role to start in September 2025
