THE ROLE 📝
This is an amazing opportunity to work closely Form3’s Product and Engineering teams on various critical deliverables. You’ll have the chance to grow and develop within this role, with the support and mentorship of our Senior Finance Business Partner (R&D), whilst also making a real impact on the future success of Form3.
- Maintain and develop crucial R&D data for revenue forecasting.
- Provide accurate data to the R&D team and assist in gathering critical R&D management information.
- Design, scope, and create reports and presentations to monitor performance and track against targets, including management reporting, board reporting, etc.
- Build financial models relating to spend, usage, etc.
- Assist in the tracking of cost budgets for the R&D teams objectives.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍
Essential
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Finance Analyst
- Part qualified and/or Degree in Finance, Business or related studies
- Management Accounting experience
- Strong excel skills, with model building experience
- Stakeholder management experience (senior & R&D)
- Strong PowerPoint skills
Desirable
- The ability to quickly analyse, understand and summarise large datasets.
- Fintech, payments / banking or SaaS experience.
- Exposure to AWS reporting methods.
THE TEAM 👥
Close knit group of experienced finance professionals working predominantly in the UK, supporting a company of 500 individuals. We meet up a few times a year for social events but tend to work mostly remotely so support via Zoom is hugely important to us - we're in contact with each other on a daily basis!

Stage 3: Take Home Assessment presented to Senior Finance Business Partner and Group Financial Controller
Stage 4: Zoom interview with CFO
We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right person!
