You will join Form3’s dynamic Risk & Regulatory Team and be at the forefront of shaping our Enterprise Risk Management Framework. As a key player, you’ll collaborate closely with our experienced Risk & Regulatory Lead, spearheading a range of responsibilities including:

With an established track record of consistently delivering high-quality work, you’ve played a pivotal role in driving and shaping an organisation’s risk management initiatives. THE TEAM 👥
The Risk and Regulatory team is a key team that works within the broader Legal function that works closely with the rest of the company to embed a robust enterprise risk framework and assess developments in the regulatory environment that are relevant for Form3. The team works remotely but meets up occasionally a few times a year for social events.
INTERVIEW PROCESS ✍️
Stage 1: Screening Call with Talent Team
Stage 2: Zoom interview with Hiring Manager and Team Member (includes a case study that will be shared before and a competency-based interview)
Stage 3: Zoom interview with another key stakeholder within Form3
Stage 4: Final interview with Chief Legal Officer
We always aim to stick to the above process, however there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is needed for us to be sure we’re hiring the right person!
