Job Descrption
The role will be broad ranging advising companies on all stages of their lifecycle as well as cross border M&A and joint ventures. The client base is exceptional and includes working with investors, companies and management teams in the UK and Internationally - specifically in the major global tech hubs.
The team are looking for a 3-6 PQE qualified corporate associate who has strong experience in both venture capital and M&A matters. Candidates will likely come from a recognised London or international venture capital team.
