The Role
At SellerX we are growing our Finance team and now we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner (x/f/m) to join our team. In this role you will be a vital member of our finance team with the core responsibility of leading the strategic and operational forecasting for the Group's operating expenses and payroll. You will further lead the strategic and operational management of all inventory processes of the group from a finance point of view. Collaborating with Sales and Operations Teams, you actively drive initiatives to successfully improve demand planning, pricing and ultimately inventory performance. You will play a crucial part in meeting operational, commercial, and financial targets, presenting insightful analyses, and influencing corporate and commercial decisions.

Your Responsibilities in Detail
• You will oversee the financial management of our joint venture business and act as a business partner to their management team.
• You... ensure that the financial accounts are accurate and review P&L, Balance Sheet and cash-flow on a regular basis.
• You work closely with all departments across the joint venture. You connect the dots and gain a deep understanding of your product category to produce high-quality financial forecasts and analysis.
• You provide effective commercial and financial procedures or initiate change, to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are delivered.
• Challenge the status quo and drive change through data and analysis.
• Design, set up and manage scalable FP&A processes and analytics that drive value-add for the business.
• You are the finance point of contact for inventory management and demand planning.
• You are responsible to set inventory targets and align them with S&OP teams.
• You improve inventory performance through data driven analysis on inventory turnover, days inventory, inventory accuracy and inventory obsolesence.
• You ensure that our inventory policies reflect optimal reorder points, lead times inventory provisions and service levels.
• You help improve demand plan accuracy by continuously monitoring product margins, pricing and sales trends.
• You support S&OP teams with scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate inventory strategies and tactics.
• You will lead projects and are comfortable setting the tone and direction among other leaders.

• You have a Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Economics degree.
• Ecommerce, inventory management or FMCG related experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles and concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Finance based modeling skills.
• SQL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI or other visualization software is a plus.
• 7+ years experience in FP&A or corporate finance with strong commercial partnering background.
