They are seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in finance for an exciting opportunity in their Treasury Engineering team based in London. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in liquidity management, corporate treasury, or backgrounds in Fixed Income/Credit spaces. They've had significant success hiring professionals with a sell-side background who have transitioned into tech roles at leading firms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, AWS, etc., with previous experience at firms like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Bloomberg, or BlackRock.
About the Role:
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for building robust systems that power every aspect of our client's investment... process-ranging from research and analysis to trading, risk management, funding, and settlement. You will work closely with investors and quantitative researchers, utilising your technical skills to drive critical commercial outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience in liquidity management, corporate treasury, or backgrounds in Fixed Income/Credit spaces.
• Expert-level programming skills in at least one of the following: Java, C++, Python
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline from a top university
