Job Overview/Summary
We're looking for a creative and dynamic In-House Videographer & Photographer to lead all visual content creation for our brand. You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality meal photography and videography that showcases our chef-prepared dishes, as well as supporting content creation with our brand... ambassadors.
The role will primarily be based at our development kitchen in Southfleet with flexible working available for non-shoot days.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead Visual Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos that showcase our meals and partnerships. Content will range from meal preparation, product highlights, and lifestyle shots to social media clips and behind-the-scenes features.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, design, and the development kitchen teams to ensure visuals are aligned with overall brand messaging and objectives.
• Support Ambassador Content: Capture engaging content with our ambassadors, including fitness and lifestyle shoots, to amplify our community and partnership efforts.
• Manage Projects: Organize and manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Trend & Tech Awareness: Stay informed on current visual trends, social media formats, and new technology to keep our content fresh, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.
About You
• Proven experience in Food Photography/Videography: Proven experience shooting and editing food, lifestyle, or product videos and photography is a must. A keen eye for lighting, composition, and detail is essential.
• Proficiency in Editing Software: Strong skills in using editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Creative & Innovative: You're not just a technical expert; you're a storyteller. You're passionate about producing compelling visuals that bring our brand and products to life.
• Organized & Efficient: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Ability to take feedback, collaborate across departments, and bring new ideas to the table
