About this role:
In the UK, we work with over 40,000 restaurant partners that rely on our delivery network to deliver their food. To achieve this, we work with multiple delivery partners in the UK that deliver orders every day to Just Eat customers. Just Eat Takeaway has a substantial opportunity to expand and further improve Just Eat's delivery partner offering, to expand consumer choice and ultimately grow the overall market.
The UK Delivery Partner Operations Associate will support the UK Delivery Partner Operations Manager to... execute a flawless ongoing programme of rolling out restaurants, continuously seeking to optimise planning, onboarding, and delivery processes on the go, while also contributing to the strategic expansion across the UK market.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
• Maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient partner rollout onto our delivery network in a timely manner
• Work with key stakeholders to expand and optimise our network (Sales, Account Management, Creations, Delivery Partners)
• Define, plan and delivery projects and initiatives to support the expansion of our delivery network including responsibility for our zone operating hour extension programme
• Continuously improve and optimise our processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Keep central data sources up-to-date with critical delivery information
What will you bring to the table?
• Experience in operations or logistics roles, preferably in fast paced environments
• An ability to multi task, and seek input on prioritisation when needed
• Positively influence key internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives, creating win-win outcomes
• Maintain quality and productivity, working with a high attention to detail
• Plan activities and projects appropriately, taking into account possible changing circumstances to meet set deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis through spreadsheets and building slide decks (Salesforce, Tableau, Google workspace would be a plus not essential)
