Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this role is responsible for creating a wide range of marketing collateral, including assets for the website, social media, digital channels, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all visual content aligns with the brand's identity and supports key marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Email Design: Create visually engaging email designs that enhance brand messaging and support email marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Content Creation: Design original and dynamic social media content, including graphics, illustrations, and animations, for use across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tiktok.
• Digital Ads: Design digital ads for paid social media campaigns, display advertising, and other digital marketing channels, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and formats.
• Seasonal Campaign Channel Adaptations: Adapt creative concepts for seasonal marketing campaigns across different channels, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Design: Create eye-catching and on-brand POS materials for retail environments, including banners, posters, signage, and other in-store displays.
• Website Creative Content: Develop creative assets for the website, such as homepage banners, product imagery, and landing page visuals, ensuring an engaging and cohesive user experience.
• Seasonal Catalogue Preparation: Assist in the preparation and layout of seasonal catalogues, supporting the Senior Graphic Designer in ensuring a polished and professional final product.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
• A passion for design, and eager to learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction from senior designers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good understanding of design principles and trends in digital and print media.
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• While desirable, previous experience is not required.

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action
