Jewellery Designer (Accessorize) at Monsoon

Job Descrption
• Creating macro trends, brand vision and forecasting
• Designing commercial trend collections for Accessorize Collection, ‘Z for Zara Simon’ & ‘Sterling Silver’
• A good multitasker, working on multiple collections simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of jewellery materials and constructions
• Bringing a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency
• Collaboratively working with the buying team to deliver amazing ranges for our customer
• Proactive in identifying departmental design needs and helping to drive newness
• Reacting to sales information with the team, updating best sellers and ensuring newness
• Creating comprehensive supplier tech packs and briefing out with buyers
• Organised and focused, managing critical path deadlines, ensuring product is developed within the relevant timeframe
• Available to travel globally to visit suppliers and for inspirational shopping
We’d love to meet, someone with…
• Passion and creativity
• 6+ years of relevant... jewellery design experience
• Fashion forward-thinking and a directional trend eye
• Strong commercial handwriting and understanding of the Accessorize customer and market opportunities
• Previous experience working across multi category jewellery collections
• Great technical skills: CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, drawing, making
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills
